DiPrizio GMC Trucks

This was the absolute BEST experience I have ever had with a dealership and salesperson! Brett was SUCH a pleasure to work with - he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, genuine, and, most importantly, he did not pressure or push me to buy anything. What a refreshing experience! I went out of my way (drove 1+ hours) to purchase a vehicle here, and I will definitely do it again. I highly recommend them if you're looking to buy something from someone who actually cares about you as a consumer.

Was looking for a small dealership still owned by real people to service my new to me GMC truck. Thought I found it here at DiPrizio. I had an open recall and called for an appointment. Very nice phone conversation with Ed. Brought the truck in and had block heater replaced, unfortunately with Chinese parts. Not sure if dealer supplied or GM. All was good till the next morning. Had a low coolant light. Called and they said bring it right in. Brought it in and they added coolant and said I need a new surge tank. Which they ordered 1-2 days out. This is a 24k mile truck that went in perfect running. Left shaking my head. Called small mom and pop shop in town, find out he is a GM certified tech. He says they (DiPrizio) did not fill coolant right, and I don’t need a new tank. Said the L5P diesel coolant needs to be vacuum filled after being drained. I called and left a message for Ted at DiPrizio to call me back. Never heard from him. Needless to say I went right down to the small shop. They drained and filled correctly. My original tank was perfect and has been fine ever since, one week and 500 miles. I really wanted to have a great dealer experience to keep this truck serviced. Unfortunately I didn’t find it with DiPrizio GMC.

Tim was my salesman. Great guy and a man of his word. Dealt with me strictly over the phone because of my schedule. Trusted me with my description of my trade and made me an offer. Got my payment where I wanted it took care of it all over the phone. He had everything all set and stayed late for me to pick up my new truck all I had to do is sign everything was all set. Very easy pleasurable experience. Will be going back to upgrade the wife.

Terrible service. Asked them to fix the weather striping they broke under the hood on the driver side. Instead of replacing the part and bring it back factory standard, they crudely taped it kinda in the position it was suppose to and called it a day charging me 40$. Looks like trash and is trash. Asked them to replace the fuel filter, by all accounts looks like it wasn’t done, and even it was done they couldn’t do the last 3% of the job to reset the meter, yet they had the awareness to do the oil reset….? Awesome attention to detail and thoroughness of work. “Industry standard” 100$ job Ed says. Asked them to check the wobble in the steering wheel, they deducted I need a whole brake job after a two mile road test at very low speeds. They have some debate wether they actually did a visual inspection of the brakes or not. I know they did because now my front right brake squeals like a banshee even when the brakes arnt engaged, begging the question did they even put it back together correctly. Do not take your vehicles here. Their attention to detail, integrity, and quality of work leaves a lot to be desired. They are happy to charge you an industry standard, and than slap ya with some double sided tape, and hand your vehicle back with a new cool noise.
